Uploading employees data.
Adding employees data is very simple. Please follow following steps:
Step 1. Click on “Employees” in the menu bar.
Step 2. On employees page you will see an option to add employees on the top right corner as shown below:
Step 3. Click on single employees or bulk employees.
Single employee click will give you an option to add single employee as shown below:
Step 4. Bulk employee upload – Click on bulk upload and following screen will appear. You can download the sample .csv file to see format and relevant data columns.
Step 5. Prepare your master sheet and upload.
Points to note:
- Do not change the format and columns.
- First Name, Last Name , Email, Department. Phone and Joining date are mandatory fields.
- You can also mark high potential employees in the data sheet.
- Please upload the exit date of the employees who have resigned, and serving notice period.
- For multiple shifts, please add shift timings of the employees.
Step 6. Once you upload, click on start uploading and it’s done.
